Carroll received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Texas A&M University in 1960 and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Tyler in 1992.
He has been doing film photography since the fifties and acquired digital capability ca. 2000.
Carroll has won several awards for his fine art photography and watercolors.
All images are recorded digitally in a 6.4 megapixel file.
Images are then parallax and/or color adjusted in PhotoShop™.
The end products are thumbnails and prints or digital files in varying formats; high resolution for printing or medium to low resolution for PowerPoint™ presentations or publishing to the Web.
